Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team and clients to ensure orders are entered timely and accurately.
  • Act as liaison between the factory in Denmark and the US. Sales team.
  • Coordinate special orders and custom upholstery applications with the factory.
  • Be the main point of contact for our retail partners and dealers.
  • Act as subject matter expert for product variances and applications.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure inventory availability and accurate lead times.
  • Resolve customer issues regarding quality claims and returns.
  • Maintain excellent record keeping and retrieval practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in the high-end furniture industry.
  • Action oriented self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Experienced working with an ERP program. Microsoft Axapta a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Customer centric attitude.
  • Strong desire for continual learning and self-improvement.
  • Flexible and adaptable, not averse to changing priorities.
