Recruiting Associate (Temporary/Remote)

Immediate need for a Recruiting Associate on a temporary basis.  This position is remote and is expected to last at least one month but may be extended.  The hourly rate is $15-$18, depending upon experience.

Primary Duties

The Recruiting Associate is a key point of contact for potential candidates so superior verbal/written communication skills and exceptional professionalism are essential for performing the recruiting function.  The environment is fast-paced and lively with quick turnaround required for successful performance.  The Recruiting Associate must have the ability to quickly and accurately review resumes with prior experience recruiting legal professionals including attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants highly preferred.  Resume review is conducted via an applicant tracking system (ATS) for the purpose of identifying appropriate candidates to screen using an established list of screening questions.  Strong follow-up skills are necessary to keep track of multiple jobs and candidates and include effectively using the ATS to maintain contemporaneous candidate notes, update the candidate profiles as they move through the recruiting cycle and log call notes and required follow-up actions.  As the position is remote, access to reliable technology and internet resources are critical to the job.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior recruiting experience with legal industry exposure highly preferred
