Product Marketing Manager

As the Product Marketing Manager, your role will significantly contribute to our plans for growth. A key member of the leadership team and reporting to the founder and CEO, you will develop branding, content, reseller and affinity programs, customer identification, refine product requirements and partner with the CTO and team to launch new products for professionals and consumers. You will also contribute to business development either directly or supporting the CEO and sales team.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement the marketing function for the Company 
  • Develop and implement marketing and brand initiatives 
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target customers 
  • Identify user groups and user personas
  • With technology team, define and improve product offerings
  • Improve the look and feel of our website
  • Coordinate marketing outreach for the launch of new product releases 
  • Own and drive our external communication and PR efforts 
  • Create metrics/KPIs to assess the performance and effectiveness of marketing programs as well as customer satisfaction 
  • Develop and support a model of customer service that reflects our customer focus
  • Grow and expand external partners – auction houses, insurance companies, etc.

  • Product requirement definitions – consumer and business SaaS products
  • Manage user experience
  • Website design and user interaction measurement

Reputation brand and customer identification

  • Who are our users
  • How many are businesses, identify types of businesses and how many are homeowners
  • KPIs for groups
  • Where are our customers located
  • Develop plans for ongoing 5% growth per month

Professional multi-licenses

  • Estate professionals
  • Appraisers and authenticators
  • Resellers – fixed and mobile/remote marketplaces
  • Auction houses

Insurance and regulators

  • Consumer product
  • Limited functionality
  • Site design


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing-related field, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of related experience with technology, data, and/or SaaS product
  • 3+ years of recent brand, product, internet marketplace, and/or SaaS related experience preferred
  • Personal interest or experience with collectibles, auctions, insurance/appraisal desirable
  • Experience in website design and SEO, Marcom, pricing strategies, user identification and UX, product development, reputation and brand management
  • Broad marketing discipline and demonstrated ability to flex between strategy and execution
  • Proven cross-functional leader, collaborator, and motivator
