Customer Service Administrator

Biotics is looking for a Customer Service Administrator; you will support the company’s current and future business opportunities.


  • Customer service point of contact for foreign distributors.
  • Learn and operate in regulatory environments of multiple foreign countries.
  • Support product registrations in foreign countries, maintain and organize a database of project statuses.
  • Conduct dossier modifications as product changes occur.
  • Research ingredients for safety and efficacy; support the development of specifications for product notifications.
  • Foreign label review/approval and foreign label law comprehension.
  • Assist other departments with documentation and QA related functions.


  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative without supervision.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate flexibility when re-prioritization is necessary.
  • Must be detail-oriented with good organization skills.
  • Must be able to work overtime when the company deems it necessary.
  • Competency with MS Office (Word and Excel).

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Science related field.
  • Experience in a Science related field or administrative capacity.
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations as applicable to dietary supplements. 
  • French is a plus.
