Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Systems, Computer, Electrical) or Computer Science with a focus on network engineering and cyber security/operations.

Required Experience

  • Six (6) + years of technical experience in support of cyber operations requirements to include: Systems Engineering, Enterprise Architecture Design, Enterprise Modeling, Systems Modeling, Data Modeling and Architecture Design.
  • Three (3) + years of technical experience in support of of Cyber Operational Modeling and Architectures, network design and cyber security related tasking.
  • Experience may be achieved simultaneously.

Functional Responsibility:

  • Requirements analysis
  • Write and understand policy
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify gaps and solutions
  • Identify issues, risks, and vulnerabilities
  • Provide technical analysis of designs, engineering artifacts, and programmatic documentation in support the cyberspace domain.


  • DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification or higher (ex. CompTIA Security+, CASP, CISSP) 
  • Navy Qualified Validator Certification (NQV) Level II in good standing


  • Masters Degree in Engineering (Systems, Computer, Electrical) or Computer Science with a focus on enterprise design/architectures and cyber security/operations.

Background Screening/Check/Investigation: Successful Completion of a Background Check will be required as a condition of hire.
