About the Position: Company seeks the best and brightest who want a dynamic career in cloud and technology sales. We are looking for a sales professional who has experience in inside sales, is familiar with cloud and cloud-related technologies and who shows an aptitude for managing complex assignments.

The position of Account Manager- Inside Sales is a critical contributor to Company’s sales efforts supporting both Enterprise Direct and Global Partner Sales teams in the field. You, in conjunction with your field sales counterparts, will collaborate provide an outstanding level of account support to your assigned account base, handling renewals, upgrades and general account questions. This is a great opportunity to learn the business from the ground up and inside out with a career path to all other parts of the organization.

What You’ll Do (Position Responsibilities):

  • Manage customer satisfaction and business retention efforts
  • Develop and execute a strategy to maintain positive client relations with assigned and prospective accounts
  • Follow-up with sales leads and incoming requests for business
  • Provide technical expertise to help clients to identify their technology needs and offer the company’s resources to support their individual business needs
  • Support the two direct sales teams to facilitate service contract upgrades and prepare renewals for a large portion of the installed customer base
  • Collaborate with solution architect team on preparation of quotes as needed
  • Handle response, follow-up and dispositioning of inbound marketing leads and inquiries
  • Assist assigned customer base with billing, contract and account support questions
  • Work with marketing to manage email upsell campaigns

What We Need (Required Skills and Background):

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of sales experience and success, preferably within the Information technology industry
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Self-motivator with strong work ethic with a “can-do” positive attitude
• Desire to be a part of the fast-paced, high-energy entrepreneurial experience
• Experience with Sales CRMs (Salesforce experience a plus)
