Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer Incoming calls
- QuickBooks – Invoicing, Payments Received
- Insurance Certificates – send request to insurance company, update logs • 3rd Party Fishing Vessels – Complete logs and email Coast Guard
- Mail – In charge of mailing; Certified/ Meeting Mail/copy to member basket/postage machine
- Credit Card Processing
- Process and mail Merchandise orders
- Document Inventory of all Merchandise.
- Order Supplies
- Document scanning
- Additional Duties include assisting other office personnel with: letters, proofreading, Copying, mailing, etc.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Education or GED
- 2+ years work experience working in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in: Outlook, Microsoft Word, QuickBooks, Excel and PowerPoint.
