Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer Incoming calls
  • QuickBooks – Invoicing, Payments Received
  • Insurance Certificates – send request to insurance company, update logs • 3rd Party Fishing Vessels – Complete logs and email Coast Guard
  • Mail – In charge of mailing; Certified/ Meeting Mail/copy to member basket/postage machine
  • Credit Card Processing
  • Process and mail Merchandise orders
  • Document Inventory of all Merchandise.
  • Order Supplies
  • Filing
  • Document scanning
  • Additional Duties include assisting other office personnel with: letters, proofreading, Copying, mailing, etc.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Education or GED
  • 2+ years work experience working in an administrative support role.
  • Proficient in: Outlook, Microsoft Word, QuickBooks, Excel and PowerPoint.
