§  Assist Project Managers in day-to-day tasks throughout the course of pre-construction, construction and post-construction

§  Assist in the preparation of pre-construction documentation for tenant meetings and subcontractor preconstruction meetings

§  Create and manage One Drive files for Superintendents

§  Remotely assist Superintendents with jobsite mobilization preparation

§  Prepare and distribute requests for information (RFI’s) and maintain related logs and files

§  Prepare and distribute submittals for approval, and maintain related logs and files

§  Prepare, issue and track subcontract change orders

§  Prepare change order requests and maintain change order files

§  Record, compile, transcribe and distribute meeting meetings/agendas for OAC calls

§  Record and track asbestos air clearance reports and manifests

§  Receive/save weekly project photos to appropriate files

§  Update and maintain project compliance in Textura CPM (tracking SDS, business license, list of vendors, waste/recycling receipts and closeouts.)

§  Manage waste/recycling project compliance ensuring project city requirements are met

§  Attend meetings at project sites, as needed

§  Distribute project documentation to field superintendents and other team members, as needed

§  Assist in the project closeout process by gathering and tracking documentation as required by project ownership and other stakeholders (including submission for rebates)
