Client Retention Specialist

We are seeking an experienced customer support and retention specialist for this role. With this experience, you will have the opportunity to make retention incentive commissions based on performance - that's right, you will be rewarded for keeping your clients happy. There is no ceiling to the opportunity; your upside is unlimited, as is the growth opportunity! 

In this role you will…

  • Re-enforce the value of our comprehensive HIPAA compliance program to our medical and dental practices.
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, billing inquiries and general questions about our products and services.
  • Offer solutions to help retain valuable, recurring revenue paying customers.
  • Communicate with customers over the phone and also use online tools to demonstrate the value of our services.
  • Turn some skeptical customers into a life-long referral partners.
  • Develop best practices in the training of new employees as we grow.
  • Work with team members across the organization to create Amazing Customer Experiences ("ACE") for our clients.
  • Make us better today than we were yesterday.

You’ve got what it takes if you have...

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of previous experience as a customer support and retention specialist.
  • Strong communication, listening, and (in some cases) negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through retention and upsell sales strategies.
  • Love talking to people on the phone!
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience with e-mail tools, web tools and/or other technology that can help us thrive.
  • Hours from 7:30 am - 4 pm PST.
