Our client is seeking a new team member who can undertake multiple responsibilities in a hybrid role involving several areas of responsibility. You’ll be expected to spend approximately 30% of your time with IT-related activities, while the remaining time will be somewhat flexible based on your experience. If you have proven you can be a team player that wears multiple hats in order to roll up your sleeves and solve the problem, then please apply today!

Your background must be more than help-desk experience; we want a professional who determines the solutions to the problems and then can write the scripts that the help-desk team can follow. Ideally, we seek a person that lives technology in their free time, e.g. building their own computers, assembling A/V systems, gaming, etc. You must be resourceful, a self-starter and ideally experienced in many of these areas. 


  • Assist in both internal help-desk tasks as well as networking. 
  • Research, setup and configure computers including those used for GPU computing.
  • Perform data management, archival, backup solutions, etc.
  • Research and solve non IT related problems.
  • Assist with customer-facing support.


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience. Specific industry experience not critical (oil and gas a plus), but experience in a smaller, growing company is desired.
  • Having education/certifications is not a primary concern.
  • Strong Windows and Linux experience.
  • Proven track record in related area, including, but not limited to:
    • Building out new functions in CRM software (Salesforce)
    • Switch to Vonage for phone systems, researching options, implementing system, testing, getting other staff up and running
    • Video conversion/upload, website maintenance (build-out a plus)
    • Training room setup with projection and sound systems


  • Experience in a customer-facing position (software support, inside sales, etc.) preferred.
  • Comfortable with inside sales or marketing support tasks on a part-time, as-needed basis.
  • CAD experience is a plus.

    • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

    • Salesforce

    • Social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)
    • Video editing software
    • Vonage (or other PBX system)
    • WebEx
    • WordPress
