Description

Our client is a multinational group partner for the automotive sector. Albelissa has been entrusted by our customer to find a Junior Project Manager. The context the PM will operate in is dynamic and target oriented, as well as multifunctional, having daily interactions with clients and Production.
 

Main responsibilities:

 

To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

 

 

Main activities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project
  • facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • define project tasks and resource requirements
  • develop full scale project plans
  • assemble and coordinate project staff
  • manage project budget
  • manage project resource allocation
  • plan and schedule project timelines
  • track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • provide direction and support to project team
  • constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • project evaluations and assessment of results

 

Experience:

  • Degree in Mechanical\Automotive Engineering or similar is preferred
  • 2-3 years work experience in a similar role, in automotive field

 

 

 

 

 

 

Skills:

  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • direct work or training experience in project management capacity Key competencies
  • critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • decision-making, communication skills, influencing and leading, team work, negotiation, adaptability, stress tolerance
  • excellent English both spoken and written
