Our downtown Chicago client has an IMMEDIATE need for a Compensation Consultant for 3+months to assist with year-end priorities and acquisition integration. Great opportunity to work for a well known Global company. In this role you would augment the internal team and help with:
- Year-end compensation process, planning for bonus rewards, equity rewards, equity election program
- Work and maintenance for pay structure – relatively new
- Various mini compensation project requests
- Analytical and experience with writing analysis and quantitative focus
- Must have strong Excel skills
