Data Manager
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversees Volunteer System maintenance to include but not limited to membership/records merge, customer profile adjustments, customer record transfers and other duties involving the customer profile lifecycle.
  • Performs internal data audits and other project quality assurance activities.
  • Executes regularly scheduled system maintenance for dual supported platforms: Double Knot and Volunteer Systems (Salesforce, Looker).
  • Reviews and cleans data for monthly reports.
  • Prepares thorough and clear answers to relevant escalated customer care cases.
  • Designs, reviews, implements, and maintains systems checks and balances and generates data quality reports as required.
  • Creates, researches and analyzes data reports for departments to develop specific reporting methods for continued growth.
  • Troubleshoots and analyzes issues and errors within database systems.
  • Acts as point of contact to council third party data entry vendor.
  • Manages and coordinates department budget and corresponding resource allocations.
  • Oversees day-to-day work of data specialist.
  • Ensures back-end business services tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned in support of the council’s mission and goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be proficient in proficient with computer and Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Outlook, and Word).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills required
  • Salesforce experience or advanced experience with another CRM database highly preferred
  • Supervisory/leadership experience highly preferred

Compensation:

  • Starting at $20.00/hour
