AutoAlert Support Concierge (Kansas City, MO)

Job Summary and Responsibilities:

The Support Concierge is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service through continued training, counsel, product expertise, and full understanding of internal corporate structure. The Support Concierge is responsible for reactive internal outreach. Coordinating efforts with multiple different departments to meet dealer needs and goals via internal game planning and delegation within a specific market area and specific team members that work within that area. Proved a world class, comprehensive and consistent experience that helps the team smoothly transition dealers into maintenance mode while the customer experiences a seamless transition from new user into successful dealership organization and beyond.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties as assigned:

  • Coordinate efforts across departmental structures, within a designated team to consult on risk, success, and execution opportunities.
  • Achieve complete AutoAlert Concierge Certification
  • Provide comprehensive, ongoing goal setting
  • Train dealer personnel based on need
  • Coordinate internal execution plans for dealer improvement
  • Communicate value of the AutoAlert Platform
  • Provide core Client Care Support competency for quick support resolution
  • Demonstrate full knowledge of AutoAlert Platform
  • Understand dealership structure and hierarchy
  • Evaluate top tier dealers and develop plans to increase their success
  • Evaluate underperforming dealers and develop plans to increase value and utilization to prevent churn

Knowledge/Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse staff, colleagues and clients
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems/issues, gather data and information, evaluate and recommend alternative solutions
  • Demonstrated skill in accurate record keeping with strict attention to detail; organize and maintain efficient files and records
  • Ability to use discretion, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness, tact, diplomacy and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Moderate to Advanced skill and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or other software applications to retrieve data, create spreadsheets, prepare presentations, and create reports
  • Clear and effective verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated effective written communication skills
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects to independently meet deadlines and complete tasks in an accurate manner
  • Strong phone skills
  • Sharp analytic skills
  • Detail oriented, with exceptional follow-through skills
  • Technical background preferred
  • Ability fo function independently (in a multi-task and fast-paced environment) as well as part of a team
  • Public presentation skills

Minimal Qualifications Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with 4+ years of experience, or bachelor's degree with 0-2+ years experience
  • Automotive experience highly preferred
    • CRM and/or DMS admin
    • Desking
