Global Compensation Consultant - 3+ Month project - Western Suburbs
Our West suburban Global client has an immediate project opening for a Global Compensation expert with experience in Global Compensation. Project is expected to last 3+ months.
Client is looking to create salary ranges in select markets in local currencies. Individual will interact with local HR managers. Must have experience with Market Pricing in areas like, Central America, South America, Europe, Asia.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline required. Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in roles of increasing responsibilities within the compensation area, with global experience required.
- Superior analytical skills, able to work with large amounts of confidential data.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and internal networking skills.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking.
