We’re hiring for a Special Education Case Manager

Full-time job in Chicago, IL split between 2 Campuses on the Northside and Southside of the City. (CICS Chicago Quest & CICS Ralph Ellison) 

As a Special Education Case Manager for Futures Education, you will be providing school-based educational services to children in the Chicago area. You will also have the additional support of the therapist-owned and operated management team at Futures Education.

As a member of our team, the Special Education Case Manager will develop and oversee the special education program to ensure that all students have the resources and supports in place to meet the goals set in their individual education plans (IEPs). The Special Education Case Manager will have proficiency in designing differentiated instruction and progress monitoring tools to serve students needing special services. The Special Education Case Manger will engage in ongoing collaboration with special education teachers, general education teachers, clinicians, and parents/guardians.

  • Position is Remote (until January 29th 2021)
  • After January 29th 2021, Resume in-person Learning (Case Manage Face to Face)
  • Flexible in the days they choose to serve both campuses.
