The demand for Health-Ade is exploding as consumers fall in love with our Kombucha. We’re experiencing rapid growth and searching for a Regional Account Manager, responsible for a go to market strategy that will increase customer loyalty, distribution growth, and company profitability by continuing and building relationships with accounts. 

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 
Customer Relationship Management: 
•    Manage relationships with key decision makers at retailers and distributors 
•    Deliver presentations containing data, programming, and new item recommendations to retailers
•    Leverage insights to create relevant selling story for retailers 
•    Establish trust and credibility by demonstrating clear understanding of how the customer operates
•    Address all customer concerns/needs and elevate as appropriate to sales management or cross-functional partners

Customer Planning and Execution:
•    Execute joint business plan to grow both the customer’s and Health-Ade’s business
•    Work with retailer teams and internally to execute strategies and plans

Market, Channel, & Category Understanding:
•    Review COG, POS and market sales data to effectively and strategically manage accounts and segments
•    Identify and communicate category growth opportunities within customer offering
•    Monitor the competitors’ brands and products as well as our market share, competitor market share, and target market share to understand trends and opportunities

Financial Management:
•    Apply a strong understanding of profitability goals, priorities, and account P&L when managing activities and promotions
•    Manage customer P&L to meet company profitability goals
•    Negotiate with retailers to improve profitability during promo and new item planning  
•    Work with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts 

Qualifications

•    Bachelors/University degree in Business Administration
•    4-6+ years of CPG sales experience
•    Strong persuasive / sales ability / negotiation skills
•    Experience with building and managing a joint business plan
•    Experience managing a retailer trade P&L
•    Advanced skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SalesForce.com
•    Understanding of general business financials and how these relate to customer programs and decision making
•    Strong problem-solving abilities and resolute attitude to complete tasks
•    Solid analytical skills and acute attention to details
•    Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized manner
•    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
•    50% Travel
