Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Website Management- Must have HTML, WordPress and JavaScript experience for updating content pages on company websites. Maintain and regularly update multiple websites- from a content, keyword, SEO perspective.
  • Social Media Management- Drive customer engagement and acquisition through social channels. Responsible for leading customer engagement and paid advertising across social media channels (primary focus on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, but also YouTube, Instagram, and Pinterest).
  • Develop advertising campaigns, including TV commercials, pay-per-click, banner, and other Internet ads
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns (Create ad specific website landing pages, etc.)
  • Identify best-of-class tools and technology for analyzing and reporting program metrics to management and team members
  • Analyze competitor techniques, both onsite and offsite.
  • Setting up and optimizing Google Adwords
  • Identify and expand market opportunities to maximize traffic growth with both paid and organic marketing
  • Monitor key reporting dashboards and performance to identify new trends or flag potential issues.
  • Follow new emerging ad products, test new ideas and align new approaches with GDI business objectives.
  • Manage social media engagement and advertising calendar – post-cadence, content, spend, audience, targeting. Develop content that reinforces our brand and services to social media audiences.
  • Solicit input from and share social media activity with managers/partners. Share feedback with marketing partners and product owners to improve the customer and patient experience.
  • Partner with other team members to support business needs across social channels.
  • Lead the social marketing strategy to continually improve our effectiveness at reaching target customers and driving transactions.
  • Develop documentation on “how-to” and best practices
  • Budget Management: Provide recommendation for campaign allocation; set clear and measurable goals and KPIs for campaigns; monitoring, analyzing and optimizing; reconcile actual spend vs. budget
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance and share campaign results with managers/partners.
  • Email Marketing - Create and distribute complex workflows for automated email marketing campaigns using Marketing Automation software such as Constant Contact to our client base and prospect base for increased lead generation and patient base to increase awareness of clinical trials.

Skills and Specifications:

  • Experience working in digital marketing, social media, digital strategy, or behavioral analytics
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented and well organized
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, driven and responsible,ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing and Analytics

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Word Press, HTML, Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
  • Experience with SalesForce, Social Studio, and Marketing Cloud
  • Familiar with platforms such as Shopify and Amazon, and have the ability to self-educate
  • Exceptional Writing and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Self-starter who also works well as part of a collaborative team. Team-player - willing to flex and compromise in order to create the best solution to meet the team’s and business's needs
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and perseverance – ability to drive projects forward despite obstacles
  • Highly creative with original, out-of-the-box perspective
  • Experience launching targeted campaigns using Facebook Business Manager and Power
  • Editor, or similar tools
  • Demonstrated track record of creative and structured approach to problem-solving
  • Proven record of business analysis-driven and fact-based decision making
Required Skills

• Associate’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising with 2-4 years’ experience
• Experience in Social Media Marketing
