SUMMARY: This at-will position reports to the Director of Sales.

We are in search of a driven Inside Sales Representative to develop and mold the market for the Multifamily Solutions Suite, ResMan’s intuitive solution that meets operational and accounting needs for owners and operators. ResMan’s competitive and enthusiastic culture thrives on collaboration and an open-office environment. Inside Sales Representatives thrive on forging new client bases in evolving markets and have a passion for providing solutions through Software as a Service (SaaS). 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The following list of functions is descriptive of the work to be performed but it should not be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, functions, or tasks that the job may require.  

The core duties and responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative include, but are not limited to the following:  

  • Research, identify, and generate new opportunities in order to expand ResMan’s market share 

  • Handle all aspects of sales cycle from prospecting to closing within a given region 

  • Use product and industry knowledge to present the ROI of ResMan’s products to property management owners and operators 

  • Effectively perform demonstrations and selling activities remotely 

  • Actively communicate with prospects and partners, while representing ResMan in a highly professional manner and extending our dedication to “Service First”  

  • Uphold a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and social selling 

  • Confidently sell to all levels of an organization, navigating through multiple decision makers from small to medium sized property management companies 

  • Manage pipeline and activities in 

  • Follow up on implementations accordingly 

  • Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to create and execute campaigns 


  • Preferred knowledge of multi-family housing 

  • Preferred domain knowledge of Conventional, Insurance, Accounting, and Budgeting software applications for multi-family housing 

  • Efficient in computer and software skills for research, documentation, and information management 

  • Confident, enthusiastic phone personality  

  • Ability to educate prospects in a consultative manner 

  • Strong communication and organizational skills 

  • Reliable, strong and positive work ethic  

  • Strong organization and time management skills and ability to work independently

  • Bachelor’s degree and one- to three-years’ of Inside Sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 

  • Successful B2B sales experience for a geographic territory on an on-going basis 

  • Proven ability to identify, qualify and prioritize prospects for Software as a Service (SaaS) products 

  • Strong track record of delivering successful results on-time, consistently 

  • Self-motivated, eager to work in a rapidly-growing and dynamic business 

  • Skilled in developing trusting and lasting relationships with prospects, partners, and team members 

  • Proactive problem solving skills 

  • Ability to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment 

  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Positive and hands-on work style 

  • Availability to attend mandatory Industry meetings and Trade Shows which may occur on evenings and weekends 

  • Previous experience within the Multifamily industry preferred
