Tasks and responsibilities

• Lead team of product application engineers to expedite productization flow and improve maturity of product before and during customer engagements
• Hands on involvement to define product/solution requirements from system level
• 2nd and 3rd line of customer projects and providing technical support including on-site visit to customers
• Represent customer needs in internal product teams and drive product initiatives that apply to customer engagements
• Participating in creating documents and white papers for customer integration
• Provide competitive information by driving teardown and electrical analysis
• Support product development with EVM, reference design, demonstrations, and software from design phase to characterization
• Training company's application engineering and sales teams on demos/reference

Education and experiences

• Electrical/Electronic engineering degree or related field of study and at least 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience
• Goal oriented and takes strong ownership
• Self-motivated and takes initiatives
• Strong commitment to job completion
• Analytical, thorough, resourceful, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to successfully meet deadlines
• Collaborative with Cross-functional teams
• Well-versed in technical support and customer interaction
• Strong system design experience in both hardware and software
• Familiarity with product collateral (documents, tools, etc) creation and maintenance
