Job Title: Corporate Recruiter
Full cycle recruiting to include sourcing, interviewing, and hiring employees through cost-effective and timely methods that exceed expectations. Assigned openings/requisitions will be located throughout North America.
Job Requirements
- Source candidates and conduct screening interviews. Evaluate candidates to ensure we are identifying top talent. Partner and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers
- Work with HR Managers, compensation team, and hiring managers to coordinate and present approved job offers to candidates. Provide appropriate follow up for timely onboarding of the new hire including coordination of the drug screen and background check
- Must provide excellent, proactive communication to all parties involved including candidate, hiring manager and others as necessary
- Utilize cost-effective sourcing tools and strategies. Build and maintain a candidate pipeline, using such tools and partnerships as LinkedIn, social media, educational institutions, community resources, and professional associations.
- Research and recommend ways to continue to move the UBT Employment Brand forward in the marketplace
- Utilize, update and maintain the applicant tracking system with resumes, notes, interview schedules and hiring data
- Participates in projects relating to talent acquisition as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Preferred a four-year bachelor’s degree; or 3-5 years’ experience that relates to the field
- Experience in full cycle recruiting in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience with recruiting personnel for Department of Defense preferred
- Experience with creating a recruiting campaign, strategy, and plan
- Service-oriented and has strong ability to build cooperative partnerships with customers
- Understanding of sourcing tools including social media or other niche advertising strategies
- Sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill and the company image
- Maintain composure in a high-volume work environment
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to execute quickly and efficiently
- Exceptional communication skills both oral and written
- Effective interpersonal skills
