Quality Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Position Summary: Under supervision of the Manager, Validation & Quality Continuous Improvement, the Quality Continuous Improvement Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all quality continuous improvement projects are completed on the scheduled determined and that all activities are appropriately documented in accordance with Swiss-American CDMO procedures and applicable regulations.

  • Responsible for generating project plans to identify timelines and stakeholders for continuous improvement projects.
    • Such plans will include but are not limited to:
      • Gantt Charts
      • Change Controls (if necessary)
      • Project Plan Meetings
  • Generation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) reports for review by management.
  • Serves as interdepartmental point of contact for continuous improvement projects and follows up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Provides routine updates to management on any issues and progress with active continuous improvement projects.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
