We are looking for talented sales professionals to be based out of our Austin, Texas office to seek out new commercial accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales plan to prospect, build, manage and close deals. Plan will need to ensure coverage and penetration of your assigned targets

  • Demonstrate ability to own and drive high-value deals and sales process

  • Strategically manage relationships with multiple senior stakeholders  

  • Work with field marketing team to jointly develop territory marketing plans to meet sales objectives

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities, manage the sales cycle

     

  • Effectively engage internal resources at appropriate stages in the sales cycle to advance the opportunity, including pre-sales engineers, professional services, and leadership as needed.

  • Build strong relationships with system integrators and resale partners

  • Participate in marketing events to engage prospects and present LumApps value

  • Ability to travel for internal business presentations

Skills

  • 10+ years of successful experience in B2B solution selling with a focus on hunting new business

  • Proven track record in identifying and pursuing accounts over the phone, with the ability to close in person

  • Strong ability to communicate and present to internal and external senior leadership

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed a sales quota

  • Create and drive client centered strategies

  • Accurately forecast and achieve revenue goals

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
