Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Longmont, Colorado, we are a growing regional title insurance underwriter dedicated to the independent title agent. We have dramatically increased sales volume and continue to grow and develop a customer base of the finest title agents in twenty states. Due to our expectation of continued growth, we are currently seeking a Title Insurance Product Coordinator to join our friendly team!

As the Product Coordinator you provide support to a geographical base of title agents as well as our field staff by executing the following tasks:

  • Communicate with title insurance agents and software vendors
  • Present and document the findings of your research
  • Responsible for filing and obtaining approval of title insurance rates
  • Implementation and Maintenance of Rate Calculator
  • Liaison between title insurance agents and software vendors



  • 1 year minimum experience in title insurance required
  • Understanding of title insurance rates and insuring forms
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all functions of the Company
  • Advanced skills in Excel
