We excel at helping customers find unique solutions to the complex challenges of disposing of their waste and recyclable commodities. Services include the design, implementation, training and management of client’s waste stream with a focus on materials diversion and revenue generation. FRG Waste Resources, Inc. has been in business for 20 years and is a privately held corporation with a strong financial position and a positive reputation in the industry. We are based out of American Canyon, CA with customers throughout the United States.


Administrative Coordinator / Inside Customer Support Representative

As an Inside Customer Support Representative, we will rely on you to play a central role in ensuring the various needs of our customers are met above their own expectations. You must have exceptional organizational skills, be flexible in the ever-changing, face paced, and technology world, yet thorough in these tasks and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks. You would act as a consultant for multiple customers efficiently while working productively independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This position is suited for someone who is confident, and has skills in, dealing with people, both in person and over the phone while handling a variety of tasks for your clients. We need someone who is very flexible and adaptable to the needs of the company, while also looking for ways to improve the processes within the company. We will require a consistent positive and professional demeanor and a desire to work in administrative and customer service operations.

Success in this role will require the proper execution of the following responsibilities:

  • Act as one of our first line customer service personnel
  • Prepare invoices of all varieties
  • Update monthly customer reports
  • Obtain and maintain good rapport with vendors and schedule pickups


  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience a plus
  • Computer program knowledge; NetSuite a plus
  • Ability to multi-task; be analytical and a critical thinker
  • Ability to display courtesy and sensitivity; meet commitments; respond promptly to customer needs
  • A positive attitude and a quick learner is a must
