Our healthcare client has an immediate need for a Compensation Analyst to assist in the implementation of compensation programs, policies and practices.

  • Conduct job evaluation analyses. Present written recommendations based on analysis and budgetary considerations, and maintain department log to document requests and outcomes.

  • Use online market pricing tool

  • Provide advice and consultation to management regarding pay decisions and compensation guideline interpretation.  

  • Assist in ensuring the fair and consistent administration of compensation programs within client organizations.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources Management or related discipline. 

  • 2+years progressive experience in Compensation or related field

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with accuracy and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while prioritizing and meeting deadlines.

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, HRIS systems and online market pricing tool such as MarketPay or Payfactors
