Responsible for implementing recruiting strategies and processes to meet all client requirements in a timely manner. Accountable for the fulfillment of open positions delegated by Recruitment Director.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Recruit, screen, interview, assess and place candidates.
Perform reference-checking procedures on all candidates to confirm past performance, recruit new candidates sand prospect for new bookings.
Attain consistent balanced activity in all areas defined by specific activity metrics.
Reviews online job postings daily to identify emerging trends and skill demands.
Maintain and document candidate communication.
Assess client company position requirements, write complete job orders and appropriately match candidates to meet client needs and expectations.
Maintain company job postings on internet sites and research client/prospect companies.
Actively participate in professional and civic organizations designed to build networking database (estimated target date to begin 6-8 months into role).
Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sources.
Meet all job requirements with quality candidates in the expected timeframe
Prioritize “workable” orders based on client relationship, ability and likelihood of filling the position
Build candidate database and establish candidate qualifications
Negotiate pay and benefits within corporate set margins
Acts as liaison for recruiting sources
Strategically lead all meetings with the recruitment team to assign requirements, review job status and motivate team
Utilize reporting metrics to provide weekly reports to Recruitment Director
Maintain excellent communication with recruitment team
This position is a base salary with unlimited earning potential.
