The demand for Health-Ade is exploding as consumers fall in love with our Kombucha. We’re experiencing rapid growth and searching for a Regional Account Manager, responsible for a go to market strategy that will increase customer loyalty, distribution growth, and company profitability by continuing and building relationships with accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Manages key accounts to execute short and long-term objectives and strategies
• Solicits business from potential distributers covering the East region
• Interview clients to determine financial position, resources, assets available to invest, and financial goals to assist them in their growth as a distributor
• Provides distributers with information and advice on brand kombucha products
• Opens and services new accounts in that conventional channel
• Completes sales and routes documents for processing
• Reads status reports and performs calculations to monitor accounts and verify transactions
• Develops and implements sales to new distributers
• Reduces voids
• Builds long-term relationships with key accounts and distributers
• Conducts offline or online research to resolve account problems
• Manage all sales expenses and budgets for market
• High – energy and experienced in sales
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
• Must be organized and a self-starter with a passion for selling and managing a team
• Collaborative business partner adept in building cross-functional relationships to drive business results
• Outgoing, likable personality
• Be professional and courteous at all times
