KnowledgeLink is currently looking for a new team member to join the Visa processing team! This position is a paid internship from February 2019 until August 2019 with potential to work in the summer months.  We are always looking for  smart, driven innovators. This is a great program for someone who is interested about learning International Law and Education as well as learning business operations. 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Work together with HR to interview and select new hires for teachers and other positions for campuses in China;
  • Support in the development of systems, policies and processes of the Program Operations team, with an emphasis on School Operation Standardization, Data Collection and Analysis, Communication Channel Clarification and Campus Workforce Planning;
  • Visa Processing for all teachers who will be traveling overseas
  • Updating spreadsheets with completed paperwork such as diploma authentications, background checking, working with third party vendors  
  • Work to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, and Finance) through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
  • Other duties as assigned and agreed by all parties

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Mandatory

  • Associate Degree or Higher - Current Student 
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills; excellent presentation skills
  • Capability of working in a well-organized style, especially under pressure
  • Understanding of Elementary and Secondary US Education
  • Passionate about international education; detail-oriented and organized
  • A fast-learner and team player

Preferred

  • 1-2 years of experiences in relevant fields or industry
  • Adaptability to changing working environment and situations
  • Ability to work with all levels in the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects on strategy and on time
  • Flexibility and willingness to work and communicate outside normal business hours
