Entrepreneurial Interim Professional Services and Recruiting company seeks motivated sales person to join their elite team.  The Sales Executive is responsible for all sales activities in their assigned territory or specialty related to targeting and developing new accounts and generating new business from those accounts, exploring new business lines and maximizing revenue opportunities in existing clients.

We are a small, team-oriented company focused on recruiting in two areas: 

  1. Interim professionals and managers in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Marketing and other senior leadership positions. 
  2. Engaged direct-hire search (RPO Style) for a wide variety of positions and industries

Key Position Responsibilities:

  • Creates sales plan and executes activities consistent with meeting/exceeding individual revenue goals.
  • Prospects for new clients to include cold calling, canvassing, direct mail, email and fax campaigns and networking events.
  • Effectively uses technology and social media, to identify prospects,  generate business leads, LinkedIn, etc, and maintain effective follow up.
  • Delivers sales presentations to new prospects on interim and direct-hire services.
  • Identifies key client needs and matches available services with those needs, as well as identifying new service opportunities.
  • Collaborates with Client Services Manager in maintaining and growing relationships with former and current clients to generate additional business.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned and as common sense dictates.

Position Requirements:

  • Three (3) + years’ experience in selling an intangible to senior-level executives in a business-to-business environment.
  • Preferred experience includes knowledge of the Human Resources or Finance /Accounting or Marketing functions and experience selling services to executives in those departments. 
  • Proven record of finding and developing new business relationships and meeting revenue goals
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales goals of mid-priced services
