Your Role with the Company:

You’ll be responsible for managing the construction of innovative, one-of-a-kind apartment communities throughout Tennessee and ultimately the Southeast.  In addition, you’ll be developing and helping implement processes and procedures for the company’s future growth.  Included will be hiring and developing new staff while mentoring and managing existing staff and providing leadership. You’ll manage the construction of the development, including working with accounting on the creation of the budget and reporting you need to bring quality projects to completion under budget.   You’ll be handling 2-3 developments simultaneously at various stages.

Background Profile:

  • 5+ years’ experience managing residential construction projects
  • Background developing construction policies and procedures helpful
  • Exposure to construction accounting and/or estimating systems
  • MS Office proficient
