  • Play a significant role of recommending improvements to the academic standardization, such as curriculum development, textbook review, etc.
  • Work together with HR to interview and select new hires for teachers and other positions for campuses in China;
  • Support in the development of systems, policies and processes of the Program Operations team, with an emphasis on School Operation Standardization, Data Collection and Analysis, Communication Channel Clarification and Campus Workforce Planning;
  • Work to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, and Finance) through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
  • Contribute to the long-term, initiative planning of Program Operation excellence, such as designing new academic projects and creating campus development plans;
  • Participate in and contribute to meetings with various US and China Teams, regularly or as arranged;
  • Travel to China for meetings, campus visit and on-site training delivery;
  • Other duties as assigned and agreed by all parties



  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Curriculum Development, or other relevant areas
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills; excellent presentation skills
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English; need to be fluent in both languages
  • Cross-cultural experience: living or working experience in both English speaking and Chinese speaking countries
  • Capability of working in a well-organized style, especially under pressure
  • Solid understanding of Elementary and Secondary US Education
  • Passionate about international education; detail-oriented and organized
  • A fast-learner and team player



  • 3-5 years of experiences in relevant fields or industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven background in curriculum development and/or operation management
  • Eager to travel internationally, especially to China
  • Adaptability to changing working environment and situations
  • Ability to work with all levels in the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects on strategy and on time
  • Flexibility and willingness to work and communicate outside normal business hours
