Our downtown Chicago client has a 3+ Month need for an interim HR Manager to join their team.  In this role you will help support 3 HR Business Partners with a variety of duties including some first-level employee relations and benefit inquiries, as well as program management for things like service awards and merit increases.  Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint are required.  
For the right individual. with at least 5 years Human Resources Generalist experience, this is an exciting time to join this group as they are currently working on a transformation project, which includes implementing Workday.
  • BA Degree along with 5-10 years Human Resources Experience
  • Strong Organizational and Project Management skills  
  • Knowledge of HR programs, practices and interworking of HR teams           
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills       
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
