Your Role with the Company:

You would be a very important, key employee, reporting to the corporate controller, and your most important function will be to support the estimating team with preparing public project bid packages on tight deadlines.  This position interacts regularly with the estimating and project management team members as well as members of senior management.  You will also be trained, if you don’t have AP experience, to handle accounts payable responsibilities. You may also assist with contract administration activities such as processing job billings, lien waivers, and other contract related tasks.

Background Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Experience preparing bid packages for construction projects or
  • Background in contract administration helpful
  • Exposure to deadline-driven environment
