Fortune 500 Company located in Nashville, Tennessee seeks a Client Transaction Assistant for a long-term, temporary position expected to last at least 6 months, possibly longer.  The hourly rate is up to $16.50/hour (overtime not payable), depending upon experience.  1+ years of financial services experience with strong Excel skills preferred.

Primary Duties

The Client Transaction Assistant will provide daily asset transfer support for all new domestic and international client for the Wealth Management Investment Group. Transactions types include both asset transfers, disbursements, purchases, Private Equities, Precious metals, etc.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Daily processing of incoming and outgoing asset transfers (both domestic and international products) at both the custodians and departments internal records. Assets types include equities, fixed income, domestic and foreign mutual funds, private equity and precious metals
  • Liaise with counterparties in order to affect a seamless transfer of assets
  • Set up and maintenance of positions in client accounts 
  • Verification correct paperwork is on file
  • Investigating reconciliation reports, examining position discrepancies, trading errors and cash balances and adjust accordingly
  • Direct support for WMI client inquiries


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years of financial services experience with strong Excel skills preferred
