IT Client Services - Financial Associate (Temporary) - FR

Fortune 500 financial services company located in Franklin, TN seeks an IT Client Services - Financial Associate (Temporary)  for a long-term, temporary position expected to last at least six months, possibly longer.  The hourly rate is up to $17 (overtime payable), depending upon experience.  Candidates must have flexibility with work schedule.  This is a great entry level opportunity for recent college graduates with a background in IT/Technology who are interested in starting their career in financial services.  Recent college graduates with technology customer service internships in financial services industry will be considered. 

Primary Duties

The IT Client Services - Financial Associate will answer inbound calls from internal and external clients; assist external clients with the company's website registration, navigation and credit card activations; and provide education about the processes and procedures associated with their account. The IT Client Services - Financial Associate will also provide support and guidance with internal clients involving the maintenance of client accounts associated with investment products and provide estimated time frames for requests to be completed. 

Requirements

  • Technical customer support of technical help desk experience is required
  • Financial services/banking/ brokerage experience preferred
  • Recent college graduates with technology customer service internships in financial services industry will be considered.
  • Basic computer troubleshooting skills
  • Tier 1 help desk support: document and ticket calls
  • Windows 7 navigation skills
  • Basic understanding of computer networking
  • Monitor, speaker, mouse and keyboard troubleshooting 
  • Exceptional phone skills 
  • Superior customer-centric focus, with proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer technical issues
  • Knowledge of remote access tools 
  • Outlook and Microsoft Office troubleshooting skills
  • Bachelor degree is preferred
  • Citrix or Active Directory is a plus
