Career Evolutions is searching for a Recruiting Coordinator for our office in Scottsdale, AZ. Full-time position with a fun, driven, and entrepreneurial team. As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for end-to-end recruiting projects and initiatives, supporting multiple lines of business.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule and complete candidate prep and debrief meetings
Greet candidates on-site and ensure prompt transition during the on-site interview process
ATS Administration, and assisting recruiters with creating job descriptions
Assist recruiters in maintenance of ATS, i.e. ensuring jobs and candidates are closed out and applicants be notified in a timely fashion
Assist with planning and preparation of recruiting events such as presentations, career fairs, etc
Complete candidate on-boarding , i.e. background checks, references, and new hire paperwork
Perform additional recruiting and administrative activities as needed

REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years coordination experience preferably in search firm environment
Managing competing priorities and deliver in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Able to schedule and screen candidates
Comfortable working with very sensitive data and able to maintain a high degree of discretion
Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must
Professional and personal integrity beyond reproach
