The B2Gnow SaaS Partner Manager will be responsible for developing, enabling, and growing a partnership network of consultants, attorneys, and advisors that provide guidance to and influence decision-makers at business/supplier diversity programs within local, state, education, and federal government organizations.  The primary objective of the role is the production of new business leads and business opportunities within the public sector organizations for utilization of B2Gnow solutions (other sales team members will handle the sales cycles).

The Partner Manager will  establish and nurture strategic business relationships with consultants, attorneys, and other businesses that heavily interact with, advise, and influence business/supplier diversity programs within local, state, education, and federal government organizations.  The Partner Manager will drive mutual growth by enabling these consulting/business partners to leverage and utilize our SaaS business diversity solutions. You will collaborate closely with these consultants and advisors, guiding and supporting them in integrating our products within their own service offerings and program guidance. By fostering strong partnerships, your mission is to expand our market presence and ensure a seamless experience for both the consultants/advisors and their public sector clients.

The Partner Manager is part of the B2Gnown sales and marketing team. There may be the need to work outside of regular office hours for team meetings or in order to collaborate with members of the team or with partners.  This is a role that requires creativity, perseverance, and a high aptitude for learning new/complex concepts.  Deep experience with how SaaS works and is deployed in partner environments is an core requirement – unfortunately, if you have not done this before, we cannot consider you as a candidate.

Key Responsibilities of the SaaS Partner Manager:
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with B2Gnow consultant, attorney, and advisor partners.
  • Drive partner acquisition through business development, aligning partner efforts with strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate partner training on B2Gnow solutions, aiding in partner referral and reselling endeavors.
  • Coordinate co-marketing campaigns and initiatives in tandem with partners.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, proposing strategies for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the partnerships team and internal stakeholders to drive partnership objectives forward – the key objective being the production of new business leads and opportunities (other sales team members will handle the sales cycles).
What we'd like you to bring to the table for this role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4+ years of SaaS/tech sales, business development, or relevant field experience
  • 4+ years of SaaS partner management experience – unfortunately, if you have not done this before, we cannot consider you as a candidate.
  • 2+ experience in government / public sector sales (i.e. SLED, cities, counties, states, universities, etc.)
  • Passionate about developing powerful revenue-generating partnerships
  • Bonus would be experience with business/supplier diversity programs
  • Strong analytical prowess and adept problem-solving capabilities
  • A passion for continuous learning and thriving in a tech environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
