Senior Channel Manager Greater Houston Area

Responsibilities:
Position is remote in the Western US and covers partners located in California and Texas – 25% travel   #LI-Remote  
The Senior Agent Channel Manager is responsible for sales growth of the existing targeted indirect account base, as well as generating business from new partners. Responsibilities include building, managing and growing a specific base of Authorized Agents. They will be accountable for new revenue and uplift revenue from the agents they support. They will also be accountable for driving new sales, growing revenues and building effective strategic relationships.
In addition, the Senior Agent Channel Manager will conduct him/herself in a manner that will create a strong motivation to promote the Company services. This position requires a high level of activity with the agents and the ability to manage sales relationships that have no direct reporting structure.
 
Qualifications:
4-year degree or the equivalent in experience.
2-3 years technical sales experience.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to maintain self-motivation.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong computer skills.
Telecommunications and/or data experience preferred.
Sales persuasiveness.
Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
