Job Title: Senior Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant & Solution Architect

Summary:
Conexess Group is aiding a prominent client in California in their search for Lead Architect. This will be a long term contract and will be required to be onsite in Rosemead, CA at least twice a week. The lead architect will orchestrate architecture strategy, planning, and recommendations with internal architects, Systems Integrators, and SAP. Ideal candidates will need experience with enterprise asset management and Plant Maintenance experience, as well as familiarity with EAM tools such as Primavera, Copper, Leaf, and Dynamics. This person will be asked to travel every 6-8 weeks to southern California with all expenses paid. 


Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant and Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and advice to our clients on managing their assets, ensuring the smooth operation of their finance and supply chain processes, and maintaining a strong understanding of their business operations. You will also play a key role in designing and implementing EAM solution architecture and mapping. This position requires proficiency in SAP and familiarity with other EAM tools such as Primavera, Copper Leaf, and Dynamics. Candidates located in Southern California are preferred, but remote candidates who can travel to Southern California are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
                •             Provide expert guidance and advice on optimizing clients' assets and asset management processes
                •             Architect work management processes and support business process interactions
                •             Ensure seamless integration of EAM processes within clients' finance and supply chain functions
                •             Advise on the integration of SAP as the primary EAM platform, along with other EAM tools as required
                •             Develop and architect plant maintenance processes and workflows for clients
                •             Drive business process interoperability and integration with other systems for clients
                •             Conduct gap analysis and value stream mapping to identify improvement opportunities for clients
                •             Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
                •             Translate business requirements into solution designs and perform fit-gap analysis
                •             Develop and execute value realization plans for EAM implementation
                •             Design and optimize business processes for asset and capital asset management
                •             Support transmission and distribution business functions designs as needed
                •             Work with the utility sector, oil and gas, dod, or related industries is preferred
                •             Architect EAM, finance and supply chain process integration tools such as Copper Leaf Primavera, Dynamics, Click Schedule, Salesforce, and Fiori Apps for clients
                •             Ensure mobility solutions are fit for purpose, including inspection processes and SAP integration
                •             Design and implement EAM solution architecture and mapping to align with clients' business requirements and processes
Requirements:
                •             Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
                •             At least 7 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), plant maintenance, or a related area
                •             Strong understanding of finance and supply chain processes
                •             Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with other EAM tools (Primavera, Copper Leaf, Dynamics, etc.)
                •             Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
                •             Strong communication and interpersonal skills
                •             Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
                •             Experience in the utility sector, oil and gas, dod, or other related industries, is a plus
                •             Experience in EAM solution architecture and solution mapping
                •             Located in Southern California or willing to travel to Southern California as needed
                •             Proven track record of successful EAM consulting, solution architect and advisory roles
