The Project Coordinator / Change Manager will work closely with other team members to create comprehensive action plans and timeframes for projects and supports the activities of the internal team to meet the project goals. In the Change Manager role, you will help to design and produce innovative messaging and visual internal communication to increase branding and program awareness and engagement with the broader Field facing teams.

The following are additional duties and responsibilities of this Project Coordinator / Change Manager role:

Education/Experience
• 2-3 years’ experience in planning, designing, and writing a variety of project marketing materials for a broad audience, preferably in corporate, internal or employee communications
• Experience with organizational change management on strategic initiatives, preferably in a corporate, or retail environment
• Experience in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment; highly self-directed and able to work well under tight timelines
• Strong competencies in collaboration, communication, team building, and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required (Word, SharePoint & PowerPoint. Visio is an asset)
• OCM, proofreading and/or editing certifications would be an asset.
• BA degree in Business, English, Communication or Project Management preferred

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• As a Project Coordinator, you will schedule and attend regular meetings between stakeholders, clients, employees
• Support the projects and tracking of workplans, key deliverables, effort and duration of tasks and timelines
• Plan and organize meetings, take meeting minutes, create presentations, and assist with other events to engage and inform stakeholders
• Manage project-related work by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly updated and stored on Teams or proper shared folder
• Follow up on important decisions and action items with the necessary parties who are assigned
• Support budget tracking by monitoring expenses and helping the team to stay on budget

• In the Change Manager role, you will assist in facilitating sessions and collaborate with key resources to develop change and communication-related deliverables
• Ability to use various mediums to share internal communications (slides, blog posts, digital brochures, newsletters, website content, executive updates etc.)
• Support the design of an evaluation plan that monitors the adoption and engagement rates of stakeholders
• Support the creation of regular communication with stakeholders to present deliverables, provide status updates, resolve issues and review updated plan
• Support managing a group mailbox and a group page to ensure communication from the program matches our brand voice and tone
