Act as PMO on cross-functional team including marketing, digital experience, IT, analytics, and multiple external agency stakeholders. Serve as a driving force on high priority projects to ensure stakeholders understand and meet priority deadlines and milestones. Build a full project plan inclusive of key stakeholders, milestones, and dependencies to meet an ultimate project delivery date and exceed organizational expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree business or technical field
  • PMP certification required
  • Proven track record running large-scale tech focused projectes
  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • Experience in Smartsheets, Microsoft Project and other project management software
  • Self-starter with excellent listening and persuasion skills

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
(25%) Develop and execute comprehensive project plan for priority projects
  • Build comprehensive project plan inclusive of key milestone and dependencies against priority workstreams
  • Establish appropriate meeting structure to ensure continuous development of plan
  • Cultivate trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders across cross-functional team

(50%) Proactive management of project plan
  • Monitor project plan continuously and alert impacted stakeholders and leadership as changes occur
  • Establish channels of communication so stakeholders remain informed and motivated to meet deadlines
  • Maintain prioritized list of open tasks across workstreams
  • Influence cross-functional groups through listening and persuasion
  • Ability to give and receive feedback across stakeholder groups to develop a trusting and effective working relationship

(25%) Clear communication of project progress and adjustments to c-level executives
  • Summarize key points and developments for concise communication to leadership team
  • Establish practices, processes and documents to keep leadership informed at a regular cadence
  • Anticipate and prepare for questions that are likely to arise during leadership updates
