The ideal candidate needs to be able to communicate effectively, efficiently, and professionally to determine the customer’s situation and arrive at a successful resolution. Having an understanding of general business processes (and banking processes) is a plus. This support person should have superior troubleshooting and problem solving skills and be able to provide direction with a business analyst mentality.

We are seeking a candidate who will need to be professional and diligent in keeping their customers current with their case status – this communication will be via phone, emails and clear, descriptive case notes. The team is looking for someone with a willingness to learn. Someone who wants to find the answers and figure it out.

This position will be filled to work Remotely within the U.S.

What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Provides highly visible customer support through the performance any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, maintenance, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
  • Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
  • Examines and approves operational quality of systems. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of systems.
  • Identifies customers’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers.
  • Conveys customer feedback to technical design and engineering staff.
  • May provide ongoing application, network and security support including servers, firewalls, routers, active directories, etc.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.
  • Providing timely support to the customer’s Subject Matter Experts via phone, email, case, and/or screensharing.
  • Providing real time support with debugging and designing of custom workflow processes written using our EWF (Enterprise Work Flow).
  • Gaining a basic understanding of an ever growing list of software and products and how they can be used and integrated with our EWF.
  • Collaborating with the customer to understand their business process so that EWF can be properly utilized.
  • Assisting with coding syntax and logic questions. These are primarily but not exclusively using SQL, XML/XSLT, and VB.NET.

What you’ll need to have:
  • 2+ years of experience of advanced customer facing support
  • 2+ years of experience debugging, designing, or writing of programs (scripts or applications)
  • Ability to travel up to 5% to attend meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
