The Software Conversation Specialist will partner with our support team to drive the migration of our clients to the next generation of technology. This exciting project will result in over 400+ clients  moving from traditional FTP to the consumption of web services in order to move their transaction data.

This position may work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Provides remote software installation/migration services. Ensures software applications are installed and fully functional
  • Prior to the installation, analyzes the customers’ existing configuration and consults with customer to prepare them for the migration to the next generation of software functionality
  • Consults with customers to define parameters within the software application
  • Trains the customer on use and feature functionality of the application
  • Assists customers in validating the functionality of the software
  • Communicates the customer’s needs/expectations to appropriate personnel
  • Provides appropriate personnel a precise understanding of user's issues when the problem needs to be escalated to a higher level
  • Interacts with Project Manager on various issues
  • May perform other job duties as assigned

What you’ll need to have:
  •  Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing or supporting software
  •  Must be able to work after-hours and/or weekends as required on a project-by-project basis
  •  The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  •  This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

What would be nice for you to have:
  •  Experience in a financial institution
  •  Experience with IBM’s Power System i (AS/400)
  •  Experience in implementing or supporting software that utilizes web service communication
  •  Experience reading and interpreting XML files
