Product Owner
Product Owner will be responsible for managing all product lines and oversee the
development of features for new and existing product lines. This role will be the champion for sticky
solutions and living the brand by defining the vision for the product lines, using their high-level
perspective to define goals and creating a vision for development projects.
Responsibilities
• Oversee development of feature enhancements for new and existing product lines
• Co-manage credit bureau (TransUnion, Experian, Equifax) relationships to further enhance
existing products and bring new solutions to the marketplace
• Work closely with IT Transformation Office to align an agile environment
• Enhance current/future spring planning and work with IT Project Managers
• Work with Business, Development, and QA Teams to create Functional Requirements
documents
• Evaluate Product Releases after development is complete
• Prepare presentations to Senior Management
• Participate in Strategic/Tactical discussions
• Sponsor the vision for products and act as the subject-matter expert (SPoC) for all
cross-functional teams
• Work with UI/UX Designer to ensure that features and user flows align with larger
goals and vision
• Develop and Coach Direct Reports
• Manage and respond to potential outages
• Manage Redesign Project
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 5 years’ experience in either lending, credit, or mortgage preferred
• Experience in managing IT projects
• Experience Microsoft PowerBI or equivalent Business Intelligence Tool
• Experience designing for multiple platforms including mobile, web, digital
• Experience collaborating with teams of Marketers, Product Developers, Experience
Designers, Strategists & Product Managers throughout the design process
Preferred Skills:
• Have automotive finance/dealership experience
• Prior managerial experience is a plus
