Essential Job Functions - 
  • Provide Strategy, including financial modeling, financial analysis and valuation support for acquisitions, investment underwriting, long-term contracts and other ad-hoc financial projects
  • Prepare and monitor the company’s long range strategic planning models for the 5-year plan
  • Ensure the accurate and timely forecasting of existing lines of business, including the income statement, balance sheet and cash flows
  • Review, and recommend improvement of business plans and operations which includes assessment of organizational readiness for, and exercise of, operational agility and flexibility
  • Distill complex analytics and scenarios into a single compelling story with recommendations, and present story to executive stakeholders
  • Responsible for Machine Learning & Quantitative Modeling, including analyze data and develop predictive models for various use-cases within Sales & Marketing such as Sales Targeting & Segmentation, Lead Generation and Product Recommendation
  • Design and build models / data applications using advanced statistical methodologies like supervised/unsupervised learning techniques, regression, clustering, classification, text mining, web crawling; develop impactful visualizations delivering simplified insights messaging
  • Interact with business and functional stakeholders throughout the organization on analytics Initiatives and development
  • Synthesize business needs and identify optimal data solutions to address the needs. 
  • Perform Business Intelligence & Analysis, including provide leading and lagging indicator reports and analysis regarding sales efficiency to sales management, sales consultants, and other departments
  • Gather, refine, and evaluate requirements, and potential risks and issues with stakeholders (SQL)
  • Analyze sales processes, productivity, sales efficiency, and sales optimization; analyze sales and performance records, interpret results of overall sales, recommend changes based on Regional performance
  • Conduct quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending, identification and assessment of opportunities and risk, forecasting, regressions, correlation, cannibalization, and probability modeling.

Minimum Qualifications - 
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science or Engineering or related field
  • 3 years of banking or financial services experience, and in a data science related role
  • 3 years of experience using SQL, my SQL
  • 2 years of experience using data visualization tools (such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or D3) and   Python, R, and Java
  • 1 year experience working with statistical modeling techniques like GLM multiple regression, logistic regression, log-linear regression, and variable selection
  • 1 year of experience with machine learning, neural networks, deep learning, representation learning, and statistical modeling
