Our modification centers are located strategically near the truck OEM manufacturing plants to allow trucks to be modified and then returned to the shipping process.
Responsibilities as a Fleet Truck Technician:
The following statements describe the principal functions of this job and its scope of responsibility, but should not be considered an all-inclusive listing of work requirements.
Installing minor modifications such as back up cameras, auxiliary power units, electronic log kits, decals, running fuel lines, electrical wiring harnesses, etc.,
Pre-delivery inspections.
Mostly working with kits and bolt-on modifications
Lots of bending, stooping and on feet most of day
Lifting and installing components up to 45 pounds
What We Need from You (Our Requirements): Fleet Truck Tech:
Automobile or truck mechanic skills (shade-tree mechanic experience OK).
Ability to work 40+ hour weeks plus overtime.
Tools including impact wrench and drill.
Must be able to pass pre-employment background, drug test, and physical.
