The Enterprise Product Management team is currently Content Designer focused on delivering user-focused content through our digital adoption platform. This role will allow you to partner with our product teams to design solutions and interactions for end-users with a focus on transforming the user experience. The content created by this product designer will be utilized by our users across enterprise software and mobile applications.
Minimum Qualifications:- At least 3 years of experience in UX and UI design for content
- Experience creating innovative digital content solutions for mobile, web, and/or desktop applications.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or other content creation tools
- Work with Product Managers to define, design and deliver amazing content for adoption campaigns
- Design interactions for new features, applying existing design patterns and creating new ones, across our enterprise business platforms.
- Produce user-focused content platform for adoption of processes and product features.
- Partner with change specialists to deliver content specific to user training
- Create user journeys and product flows.
- Conduct usability tests to help inform design improvements
