Job Overview

This position will design, develop, analyze, implement, test, and maintain RPA processes

Responsibilities and Duties

•        Responsible to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline processes and maximize efficiency

•        Design automation processes as per the operational needs of the project

•        Script and code in either WinAutomation or AutomationAnywhere RPA software meet document requirements

•        Review the code and the design and also provide expertise in the development, and integration of systems

•        Be able to suggest and integrate Machine Learning techniques and algorithms into project implementations

•        Maintain Automation code using BitBucket

•        Document the automation procedures

•        Responsible to analyze current business processes in scope for automation and robotics

•        Collaborate with Director of IT and Automation on best practices and code review

•        Collaborate with internal IT team to set up and maintain RPA technical infrastructure

•        Participate in technical discussions and develop strategies to solve technical challenges

•        Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and promote team unity

•        Analyze business process for identifying software deficiencies or purpose new solutions to improve existing process

•        Produce unit tests for existing and new code implementations

•        Perform quality control regression testing on existing systems when introducing modifications

•        Participate in an agile development methodology to support many projects and teams simultaneously

•        Create and maintain documentation for existing and new implementations to the project solution

•        Provide detailed effort estimations and status updates

•        Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

•        Must have a bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering and a minimum of two (2) years of successful experience 

•        Experience and strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software development

•        Experience in Windows Web and PC based software development

•        C#, SQL Server, Entity Framework, WPF, AngularJS and WebAPI

•        High degree of personal integrity

•        Self-starter

•        Ability to meet deadlines

•        Ability to interface directly with customer for report and dashboard requirements

•        Should be able to prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

•        Attention to detail and solid organization skills

•        Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills

Additional Desired Qualifications 

•        Exposure with deep learning frameworks

•        Exposure or experience with virtual agents or chat bot implementations

•        Data Science / Machine learning experience and education
