Responsibilities:

• Consult with Stake Holders to analyze and understand their needs, objectives, desired features, and input and output requirements
• Assess feasibility, time and compatibility of requests
• Write and maintain functional and technical specifications
• Convert designs and specifications into custom development or off the shelf programs
• Designs and codes screen layouts, graphical user interfaces, printed outputs, and interfaces with other systems
• Analyzes codes to find causes of errors and revises programs
• Consults with Stake Holders to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to attain their approval
• Writes and/or reviews technical documentation that describes installation and operating procedures
• Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with program
• Responsible for all company software including research, procurement, implementation, training and support
• Develop and Maintain Data-Driven and Financial Reports
• Trains end users and/or technical support staff to use programs
• Will occasionally be required to work off hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Become knowledgeable of both internal and cloud-based servers and network Infrastructure to be proficient enough to support responsible application function

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of applications programming experience in the following:
• PHP7+, JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, etc.
• Applications Programmer/Web Developer must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Possesses strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Working knowledge of/experience with ERP systems (Payroll, Human Resources, Inventory, Etc.)
• Working knowledge of/experience with data analytic

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• Web development experience (HTML, CSS3, jQuery, etc.)
• Strong skills in Vanilla Development
• Full Stack developer
• Solid knowledge of Reporting Tools (Crystal Reports, Power BI, etc.…)
• Linux (BASH Scripting, CLI Environments, etc.…) experience
• Strong MySQL 5 or higher preferred & MS SQL Database knowledge
• Programming (jQuery (JS Frameworks), PHP, JavaScript, etc.)
• Ubuntu 16 or higher
• Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications
• UX and UI Design
• Responsive web design (RWD)
• Mobile-first Design
